Sehr geehrter Herr Doktor,
Hochachtungsvoll

Dear Doctor,
On September 29th of last year, you deposited 600 Reichsmarks with us for the shipment of various books and personal effects to the above address. The personal effects should be sent from Karlsruhe, but we haven’t heard anything from Professor Bredig, who resides in Karlsruhe at Bahnhofstrasse 14. We will also inquire in Karlsruhe to find out the current status of this matter. Best regards in the meantime.
Sincerely,
AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY M.B.H
