The first few minutes of this recording are about whether controversial or harmful topics (such as racism) should be discussed by Rotary Club members.  This is in part a response to questions raised by American chemist Percy Julian, likely in his capacity as President of the Franklin Park Rotary Club in Illinois. The rest of the recording is a response by British Rotarians to a set of questions sent to them by their American counterparts, mostly about the differences between life in Great Britain and United States.</dc:description>
