(Bitte zurück)
Sehr geehrter Herr Doctor
M.B.

(Please return)
Dear Dr. Brill,
Although I received your kind letter from October 25th, I must now say that I can no longer apply for the position in your laboratory, especially if you would like my immediate decision. The matter with the scholarship, which I have already informed you about, is already in the last stage. However, the final decision may still take a long time. Unfortunately, I must request that you not consider me anymore.
Sincerely,
Max Bredig
